Brian Benatovich, owner of Brian’s Dog House Grill, is a Buffalo, NY native who grew up eating Sahlen’s hot dogs, grilled over charcoal. The unique, flavor of Sahlen’s smokehouse hot dogs were the basis of his dream of opening a family-style restaurant.
“I took a secret I learned as a child,” Brian writes on hit restaurant’s website. “It is what gives our food it’s unique taste and what makes it so delicious.”
In a recent conversation, Brian discussed with us how he runs his business and why he chose Sahlen’s smokehouse hot dogs.
